Terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These general conditions govern access to and use of the service offered by QRzen.io through its online platform, including all features available for generating QR codes.
2. Acceptance of the terms
Access to and use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out here, you must refrain from using the service.
3. Registration and user account
To access the platform features you must create a user account. The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. QRzen.io is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of the account by third parties.
4. Subscription service
Access to the service is provided through a paid subscription. QRzen.io offers a 7-day trial period for €2.99 which, unless cancelled before it ends, will automatically renew as a monthly subscription for €29.99. Cancellation can be made at any time from the user account, at no additional cost.
5. Proper use of the service
The user agrees to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The use of the service for fraudulent purposes or any other use contrary to current legislation is expressly prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, source code and elements of the platform are the exclusive property of QRzen.io or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
QRzen.io does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and is not liable for damages arising from technical interruptions, errors or failures on the platform.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes to the terms
QRzen.io reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users prior to their entry into force.
10. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with current regulations.
