QRzen.io offers a 7-day trial period. During this period you can cancel at any time without the subsequent monthly subscription charge being generated.

3. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops automatic renewal, keeping access to the service until the end of the already billed period.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without justification. As this is a digital service, this right lapses once the provision begins with your express consent.

5. Refund request

To request a refund within the applicable deadlines, contact our support team indicating your account details and the reason for the request. We will review each case individually.

6. Refund timing and method

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the approval of the request.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be accepted in cases of fraudulent use of the service, breach of the Terms and Conditions or when the legally established deadline has elapsed.
